In-House Personalisation

Why we are retail-ready - We've listened. We've identified. We've answered.

As a UK manufacturer of laser engravers, we are often approached by different industries with unique and interesting requests for marking or engraving products. In recent years, one industry in particular has been the retail sector, with the word 'personalisation' as a key necessity to assist with offering next-level customer experience. Whether you're a bricks and mortar store, a digital native or a company that provides goods and services behind the scenes; we have witnessed a real surge in personalisation through these recent years.

Of course our laser engravers are technically capable of offering an engraving service but the 'package' needs to be so much more suitable for retailers to truly maximise on a unique, innovative and exciting experience for their customers, ultimately raising the bar for something unique, accessible and affordable for personalisation. That said, the create. range is more than just laser technology.

More than just laser technology

Discover below the key elements that helped us define the range

50W MOPA Fiber

The create pro. 50W fiber laser can perform more tasks and can be more suitable for making more marks on different materials. Fiber laser sources are able to mark many, many materials and by utilising different settings in the custom create. software, a variety of marks from annealing, deep engraving and ablation can all be achieved with a fiber laser. The 50W of the create pro. gives you more power and speed over the 20W create. Perfect for high volume production and deep engraving and cutting capabilities of up to 1.3mm depth.

Rings, bracelets and all things curved; it's covered.

Rotary Device

All of our machines are rotary ready with a plug and play rotary attachment included in your create pro. The rotary allows the laser to mark around the inner or outer circumference of a cylindrical or round object; it moves the part to ensure that a consistent mark is achieved where desired.  The bed of the create pro. is an equipped tooling plate, meaning that the rotary is moveable throughout the bed to accommodate parts of all sizes and can be screwed in to ensure it stays in place. The diameter reaches up to 65mm.

Accuracy you didn't know you needed.

Positioning camera

The positioning camera allows for clever accuracy when aligning and setting up your products for marking. The camera sits overhead and allows you to see a real-time visual of your product and what you're going to mark; making for efficient set-up and positioning whilst simultaneously giving reassurance on high precision accuracy too.

All in one PC

Including create. designer software

An all-in-one PC is also included within the package. It arrives preloaded with create. designer software which is great for layout refinement and editing your artwork before it is marked onto your product. create. designer allows you to easily import your artwork in many common vector and image formats, such as AI, PDF, SVG, DXF, PLT, PNG, JPG, GIF, BMP. You can easily arrange, edit and create new vectors within the editor too.

The software is super versatile where you can apply settings changes to power, speed, number of passes, cut order, brightness and contrast and more which allows you to get super creative, designing and developing your own personalised finishes, making them unique to you.

Simply send your creations directly to your laser and watch it go!

If you can think it, you can create it.

Heavy Duty Extractor

Extraction

Your create pro. package also includes a heavy duty extractor which takes away any fumes when laser engraving using HEPA filters.

For those using precious metals, the extraction company offer a service for the filtration of gold, silver, platinum etc.

We recommend that the neat little extractor sit underneath the bench of your create. laser.

Open and close at the push of a button

Auto Door

The automatic door opening and closure system provides absolute security for the user's safety while the laser is in operation. The U-shaped opening makes insertion of the part or parts to be marked easy due to the large opening it offers.

Clever technology

Motor Adjusting Focus Height

By using the software supplied with the create pro, the calibration of the z axis allows for the focus height to be adjusted without having to manually do so. This means once the part is in the machine, you can close the door and use the software to lower the z axis to mark your parts.

Mark in any environment

Air Cooled

Every create pro. laser engraver has a built in fan, preventing overheating without the need for bulky water coolers. This helps keeps the machine as streamlined as possible, making it truly desktop. The fan is also quiet too, ensuring it's suitable for any retail environment.

Access all areas

3-Sided Access

The door opens internally to the footprint of the machine, meaning that once the door is open the footprint stays the same, with 3 sided access it means that parts of all shapes and sizes can be fitted into the machine from any angle. When designed this we ensured that the door would impact the parts that could be placed inside.

Additional feature

Class 4 Override Option

All of our lasers are Class 1 laser systems. This means that they can be used in any environment and the laser beam is contained within the unit, the door has a viewing window with laser safety glass so that you can see the part being marked inside the machine. The create pro. is no different.

However, upon request, there is an option to use the laser in Class 4 mode with the appropriate training and understanding. This is obtained with the Class 4 override and is useful for parts that may not be able to fit on the bed of the machine with the door closed. To use the laser as a class 4 laser, safety procedures must be followed including wearing laser safety glasses. Training and authorisation is available on request.
